If I have vista ultimate installed, I see 16 processors listed in task manager performance tab. If I have windows 7 home premium installed, I only see 8 processors listed in task manager performance tab. I have attached a screenshot of my device manager window, which clearly lists all 16 virtual cores of my two quad core processors that have hyperthreading enabled.
